Shipping Policy

At Reptile Orders, we want to make it easy for you to get your exotic pets and feeders. We offer several shipping methods to fit your needs and budget. Our packaging is designed to ensure your pets arrive safely and healthy. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight/volume of your order.

Please note that at checkout the cost of shipping will show the MINIMUM fee for that shipping option. The shipping fees listed are subject to increase depending on the size of your order and your destination. Once your order is placed, we will get in contact with you to make shipping arrangements. At that point if the shipping cost will exceed the minimum listed, we will inform you so that you can make a decision to proceed with the order or not.

Shipping options include: 

  • Free pick up at the Reptile Store in Hamilton on Tuesday afternoons (please note that we need to confirm the exact day with you beforehand).

  • Free pick up in Erin, Ontario - once your order is placed, we will need to confirm the pick up day with you and we will send you the pick up location.

  • Direct Delivery for the following towns and surrounding areas in Southern Ontario: 

    • Orangeville​

    • Brampton

    • Mississauga

    • Guelph

    • Kitchener

    • Waterloo

    • Cambridge

  • Premium pickup at your Nearest Major Airport.

  • FedEx Priority Overnight – this option is only available to some locations and only at certain times of the year.

  • If your location is not listed, please choose “There’s No Option For Me, Please Contact Me” or contact customer service for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Reptile Orders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Whether a return or exchange can occur will be on a case by case basis. We do not offer refunds for live animals. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.


We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. We're here to help make it right. Please contact us right away if you have any questions or concerns.
